Junior Leader Training -- White Stag Leadership Development

The Infinity Principle

We believe that every individual should strive for continuous growth. Leadership development is a never-ending process, continuing as long as the learner wishes. We teach that learning is a life-long process and that individuals should continually strive to improve.

In implementing the program, it was quickly recognized that leadership competencies cannot be acquired in a few training sessions or in a training course, but only as a result of a long-range developmental process. The understanding of this concept has led us to use the term “development” rather than “training.” Thus, the program has been designed in a six-year sequence offering—in a spiral fashion—ever expanding new curricula for the learning of predetermined capabilities.

We recognize that you cannot learn leadership competencies in a few training sessions or in a single training course, but only as a result of a long-range developmental process. That is why we use the term "development" rather than "training." The White Stag program is designed in a six-year sequence offering—in a spiral fashion—ever-expanding new opportunities to learn new skills.

We believe that you are blessed with certain skills and abilities and strive to help you continually improve them.

Our goal is that you leave White Stag camp excited about leadership as a life-long adventure.
