Citizenship Training

By the fact that we train leaders, White Stag also trains its members in good citizenship. We also create meaningful ceremonies using citizenship and patriotic themes. The program promotes participatory citizenship.

We instill in candidates and staff that they are responsible for contributing to a better life in our country. We encourage them to use their leadership skills in home community, school, and youth organizaions. We believe the Venturing program is one of the best citizenship building program. We developing citizenship skills by working through teams led by youth.

We incorporate the goal of participatory leadership through guided discussions. ceremonies, songs, and meaningful campfires.
