The Humble Leader

To become a leader, you must first submit.

Identify your shortcomings and faults.

Give up any notion that you are in charge.

Acknowledge your debt to those who have taught you.

Confess your sins and seek forgiveness.

Give credit where credit is due.

Find what your people need and serve them.

"Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it." Dwight Eisenhower
