Camp Check-in and Attendance

Each participant must attend the course in its entirety.  He/She may not arrive late nor may they leave early. If the participant is asked to leave camp early, no refund will be made.

Parent Orientation, Closing Ceremony and Graduation

A buffet lunch for parents and leaders ($5.00/person) is served at 11:00 a.m. on the last day of camp. During the meal we provide a brief orientation including an overview of what participants learned during the week of camp.

To help your youth apply what they learned during camp, see Parent and Leader's Guide to White Stag.

Closing and graduation is held from 1:00 to about 3:00 p.m. Please bring a folding camp chair if you have one, a hat, sunscreen, and water.

Please note the following:

  • Graduation parking will be available in the campsite area, or we will make shuttle service available.
  • If parking in the campsite area, for safety reasons, please back in to your parking spot. Parking is limited; park close to the car next to you.
  • Please do not disturb your child until graduation is completed. It is disruptive to the graduation process if every parent greets their child early.
  • Parent orientation and lunch will be held in the dining room at 11:00. Lunch donation is $5.00 per person.
  • Candidate lunch is at 12:00. Please clear the dining hall to allow room for participants.
  • Surplus food is available for purchase in the Lodge during the candidates' lunch and after graduation. Bring your checkbook.
  • Graduation will be held in the lower campgrounds near where you parked.

Camper Pick up and Camp Closing

All campers must be picked up by Saturday afternoon no later than 2:00 p.m the day camp closes.
