We accept credit card payment via PayPal and personal checks. Mail your check with the completed application.
Refunds and Cancellations
We will refund 100% of the camp fees if we receive your request before May 1, and 50% if requested before June 1. No refunds after June 1, including illnesses. A 50% credit may be applied towards the following camp if non-attendance is due to illness. If the camper is asked to leave camp early, no refund will be made. Due to the heavy demands of our summer program, requests for refunds received after June 1 will not be processed until September 1.
Discounts
Sibling discount: $50 each, for two or more siblings ($275.00 each).
Group discount:10%, for five or more individuals from the same organization ($292.50 each).
On each individual's application form, please enter the name of all siblings or the unit name/number to whom the discount applies.
