day's program. Develop skills necessary to plan and conduct physical
fitness program.
Why
Instill the desire and a sense of personal responsibility for a healthy,
clean and strong body— one which is always ready for action. Teach
how to develop a program that meets above goal.
How
Waterfront activities; hiking; Run, Rouse and Dip (RR&D); games,
including New Games; special programs; hurdles; vigorous, active training
program with great amount of exercise.
