About the White Stag Academy

The White Stag Leadership Academy, which sponsors the White Stag program, is a Federal 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We currently sponsor a Learning for Life program, a Boy Scout Troop, and Venture Crew 122 on the Monterey Peninsula. These youth organizations plan and produce a week-long summer camp program for youth ages 10½-18 focusing on leadership development. The youth plan the menus, write the program plans, develop the ceremonies, manage equipment, and do nearly everything else that can be done without a driver's license and a checkbook. It is truly a program for youth by youth.
