During staff development, the youth are taught the basics of how to run the nationally mandated program. The schedule is provided for them. The curriculum is contained in the provided staff guide. Core teaching concepts are delivered via DVD presentations. White Stag Leadership DevelopmentAll learning begins with an assessment of what the learner’s know in the form of a formal Guided Discovery. The staff then proceeds from that point forward, utilizing the expertise of more knowledgeable participants to facilitate the learning of others. Core teaching concepts are delivered using hands-on, experiential based instruction. |
