The White Stag mark (a white stag leaping left, and the white stag leaping left in a round field of green), White Stag Leadership Development, the White Stag neckerchief design, the Silver Stag design, Krackenstock, Indaba, C-Day and Candidate-Day, the arrow with the infinity symbol at its head, are all trademarks of the White Stag Leadership Development program.

The aims, concepts, methods, and techniques (or operating principles) of the White Stag Leadership Development program, insofar as they are uniquely described and applied by our program, are copyrighted by the White Stag Leadership Development program.

Elements of the Web Site are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from the Web Site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by PhelpsTek.

In an effort to support privacy policy disclosures on the Internet, Whitestag.org wishes to set an example for other web sites by voluntarily making our privacy policy available to the public.

Privacy Policy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the visitor's domain or e-mail address.

We collect aggregate information on what pages users access or visit and information volunteered by the user, such as specific requests by users to be added to our mailing list.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify users about updates to our Web site (but only if specificially requested to do so by the user) and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners

As stated on the book order page, the books available through this web site are sold through an arrangement with PhelpsTek, an independent publications services company, at the address stated on the order form.
